Beacon Bag Ambassador Program
This program was created as a way to bring light to others and further the Light for Levi Foundation’s mission of igniting hope. It started as a simple way to give back to families that found themselves in a pediatric emergency room, just as the founders of the Light for Levi Foundation did with their twins in November of 2020.
The bags provide a small reminder that the recipients are not alone in their journey and to give some sense of comfort when going through the unexpected and possibly unimaginable. A simple gesture of kindness has the ability to bring light to the darkest of times.
What are beacon bags?
A Beacon Bag is a reusable Light for Levi Foundation tote that is filled with items to bring comfort and support to its recipient. Items may include snacks, drinks, treats, travel size toiletries, activities, etc. They are donated to a hospital or facility in your community to be given to anyone that is staying there, with the intention of providing a sense of hope.
What it means to be an Ambassador?
An ambassador of our Beacon Bag Program is someone that fundraises and collects items to fill anywhere from 10-50 reusable Light for Levi Foundation totes. Once these items are collected, the foundation will provide the ambassador with the totes, a Light for Levi Foundation information card and a coloring page to include in each bag. The Ambassador will then fill the bags, coordinate with their desired location, and deliver to that hospital or facility. Spreading light to their community and helping us with our mission of igniting hope.
What it means to be a SpotLIGHT Ambassador?
With a $250 donation to the foundation, you will receive a custom Light for Levi Foundation cardboard donation bin mailed to you. This will allow you to create a drop site location for encouraged donation items that you will fundraise for and collect.
Once these items are collected, the foundation will provide the ambassador with the totes, a Light for Levi Foundation information card and a coloring page to include in each bag. The SpotLIGHT Ambassador will then fill the bags, coordinate with their desired location, and deliver to that hospital or facility. Spreading light to their community and helping us with our mission of igniting hope.
You will also have your name or company logo placed on the Light for Levi Foundation website and additional spotLight on our socials.
